1 Introduction
Welcome to Chazi ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Chazi mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2 Definitions
"Application" refers to the Chazi mobile application available on iOS and Android platforms.
"User" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Service.
"Catalog" refers to a digital collection of products created by a User within the Application.
"Content" refers to all text, images, product information, and other materials uploaded or created by Users.
"Service" refers to all features, functionalities, and services provided through the Application.
3 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use this Service. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

5 License and Usage Rights
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Application on mobile devices that you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business purposes.

- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the Application
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
6 User Content
You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload to the Service. However, by uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
You are solely responsible for all content you upload, including ensuring you have the necessary rights to share such content and that it does not infringe upon any third-party rights.
Prohibited Content
- Content that infringes intellectual property rights of others
- Illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or objectionable content
- Content containing malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Spam, phishing attempts, or misleading content
- Content that violates any applicable laws or regulations
7 Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Chazi and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
8 Service Availability
We strive to ensure the Service is available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Chazi, its affiliates, directors, employees, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.
11 Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Chazi and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
12 Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting the Application and discontinuing use of the Service. You may also request account deletion by contacting our support team.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
13 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Chazi operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of said jurisdiction.
14 Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms and, where appropriate, provide additional notice through the Application or via email. Your continued use of the Service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.
15 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it will be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
