How to create your first digital catalog (step by step)

A digital catalog is the fastest way to show what you sell without relying on a complicated website or posting photo after photo on social media. In this guide you will see, step by step, how to create your first catalog, organize it well and get it ready to share with your customers.

1. Decide what you want to sell

Before creating anything, list the products you offer. You do not need them all: start with your 10 or 15 best sellers. A focused catalog converts better than a huge, messy one.

2. Create the catalog

  1. Open the Chazi app and tap "Create catalog".
  2. Give it a clear name (for example, your business name).
  3. Pick your brand colors so the storefront looks professional.
  4. Choose a design template (Showcase, Minimal, Boutique…).

3. Add your products

For each product add a photo, a clear name, a short description and the price. If you track inventory, also record the available quantity: that way the catalog and your stock stay in sync when you sell.

4. Share your link

When you publish the catalog you get a unique link. Share it on WhatsApp, in your Instagram bio or wherever your customers find you. Anyone who opens it sees your up-to-date products instantly, with nothing to install.
